​Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated LPC graduate to join our team as a trainee solicitor.

​

As a trainee solicitor, you will have hands-on experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

 

You will work closely with experienced solicitors, gaining invaluable insights and skills to help you develop into a competent and confident practitioner.

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing (with assistance) a caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

  • Conduct legal research and draft relevant documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and correspondence.

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

  • Attend client meetings and provide support during the conveyancing process.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops.

 

Qualifications:

  • A completed LPC qualification.

  • A strong academic background in law (2:1 or above preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
