​Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated LPC graduate to join our team as a trainee solicitor.
​
As a trainee solicitor, you will have hands-on experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
You will work closely with experienced solicitors, gaining invaluable insights and skills to help you develop into a competent and confident practitioner.
​
Key Responsibilities:

Managing (with assistance) a caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Conduct legal research and draft relevant documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and correspondence.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

Attend client meetings and provide support during the conveyancing process.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:

A completed LPC qualification.

A strong academic background in law (2:1 or above preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
